If you see that you are within a yellow or green area on the coverage map, click on the survey link below to request a FREE Site Survey at your location to confirm availability:
Alternatively, you can call 616-897-5814 and ask for Internet Services. However, submitting a survey request online will get you scheduled quicker.
Please be advised, if the signal is acceptable and you decline a full installation, a $35 service call charge will apply.

Please note that we offer WiFi hotspot internet to several communities in Lowell, including Key Heights, Stoneridge apartments, and Valley Vista.
To see for certain if you can connect to REDfrog’s Wifi, look for a wireless connection called “REDfrog_Public_Secure” from your wireless utility.
Simply connect to the REDfrog_Public_Secure connection, and the first time you visit a web page you will be prompted to register in order to start your subscription.
Dialup – up to 56k $14.95 Accelerated (no setup fee)
DSL – If ATT or Verizon telephone line already in place: $29.95 per month $69. dsl modem required no install fee
DSL – If no telephone line (aka “Dry Loop”: $55 per month $69 dsl modem required, $60 installation fee
Wifi Hotspots – $24.95 a month. Also available at daily and weekly rates.
Last Mile Wireless – 900MHz dedicated wireless internet requires: survey (no charge), installation (indoor – $99, outdoor – $300), 2 year contract, $150 deposit
(all Last Mile Wireless have use of REDfrog HotSpots at no extra charge

Urban Last Mile Wireless – bronze $29.95 per month Speed (up to 1Mb down 256k up)

Urban Last Mile Wireless – gold $49.95 per month Speed (up to 2 Mb down 2 Mb up)
Rural Last Mile Wireless – Rural areas that do not have access to DSL or Cable because of their geographical location
Rural Last Mile Wireless – bronze $39.95 per month Speed (up to 1Mb down 256k up)
Rural Last Mile Wireless – silver $49.95 per month Speed (up to 1.5Mb down 512k up)
Rural Last Mile Wireless – gold $59.95 per month Speed (up to 2 Mb down 2Mb up)
REDfrog may be able to provide you with wired internet access, including cable internet, T1, and dial-up.
Any home with a landline phone connection can get dial-up, but the connection is very slow. REDfrog does include a FREE accelerator that can make your dial-up experience more useful.
Some homes that cannot get DSL may be able to get cable internet.
Just about any home or business can get a T1 line installed, which provides the fastest internet connection in our area.
